Film the lawn

Drone and phone video of the street once a month, to show the change over the year. House numbers are never shown.

A small yard sign OPTIONAL

A small Tended sign in the bed by the street.

Fertilizer only, no weed killer or bug spray. Kids and pets stay off until it's dry, and I'll tell you when that is.
